The earth is constantly bathed in electromagnetic fields. Those fields affect and connect every living organism on the planet – human beings included.

We are all living in a common vibrational field. And each of us contributes our own positive or negative vibrations to the field – based on our thoughts, feelings and interactions.

Large numbers of people creating heart-centered states of love and compassion will generate a more coherent field environment that can benefit others and help offset the current planetary-wide wave of fear and incoherence.

Global Coherence Initiative (GCI) The Global Coherence Initiative is a science-based, co-creative project to unite people in heart-focused love and intention, to facilitate the shift in global consciousness from instability and discord to compassionate care, cooperation and increasing peace.

We need not settle for our present disconnection from the healing, life-affirming, and uplifting human experience of gratitude. By engaging with the perennial wisdoms, we are reminded of our natural capacity to feel and express gratitude. Through conscious and sustained practice over a period of time, we can discover again how gratitude and all its related qualities—thankfulness, appreciation, compassion, generosity, grace, and so many other positive states—can become integrated and embodied in our lives.

…Literally when we feel gratitude, we are unifying ourselves with source energy. It is of a higher vibrational state of consciousness… gratitude is unifying us with who we naturally are. Aaron Doughty

We call upon God’s Love in this important moment, knowing that Divine Love is the greatest power in the Universe. We pray for the wounded heart of humanity as we grieve, rage, cry, and despair over injustice and inequity. May Divine Love enfold and comfort everyone who is hurting. May Divine Wisdom guide each person and institution in taking inspired action to ensure that all are celebrated for their inherent goodness as a part of God’s creation. May we remain resolute in walking the course of human rights and social justice for all. We pray in the spirit of unity, love, and oneness. Amen.

Presidential Proclamation: In honor and recognition of all of our fallen heroes, the Congress, by a joint resolution approved May 11, 1950, as amended, has requested the President issue a proclamation calling on the people of the United States to observe each Memorial Day as a day of prayer for permanent peace and designating a period on that day when the people of the United States might unite in prayer. (The President has so proclaimed Memorial Day, May 25, 2020, as a day of prayer for permanent peace, and designated the hour beginning in each locality at 11:00 a.m. of that day as a time when people might unite in prayer.)

In December 2000, the U.S. Congress passed and the president signed into law “The National Moment of Remembrance Act,” Public Law 106-579, creating the White House Commission on the National Moment of Remembrance. All Americans are encouraged to pause wherever they are at 3 p.m. local time on Memorial Day for a minute of silence to remember and honor those who have died in service to the nation. (In his proclamation the President has further asked all Americans to observe the “National Moment of Remembrance” beginning at 3:00 p.m. local time on Memorial Day.)

“Incorporating Both Our “Being” & “Doing” Nature Creates A Balanced Life Expression” sv

Genesis 1:27  (ESV) 27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.

Isaiah 43:19 (ESV) 19 Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.

Jeremiah 29:11 (NRSV) 11 For surely I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord, plans for your welfare and not for harm, to give you a future with hope.

Special Reading: (Condensed)

Feminine energy is about Being rather than Doing… Staying open to receive, to intuitive guidance, to touch & support… Not having to go anywhere or do anything. It’s about slowing down and relaxing, letting go, allowing, being present and not directing the flow of events as much as allowing the events to unfold.  Loving and nurturing self is a feminine quality all people could develop more of. We live in a “not enough” culture. Knowing that you are perfect, whole and complete just the way you are is an act of love.

Masculine energy is about Doing rather than Being… It is single focused, physical rather than subtle, logical rather than intuitive and emotional; if you can’t see it then it doesn’t exist. Masculine energy is focused, goal-oriented, stable, strong, structured, logical, driven, and expressed through the physical realm… It’s an energy that is moving outward, directing energy in a certain way. Anna-Thea

We bristle at the designation of certain qualities being inherently “masculine” (i.e., assertive, dominant) and others being “feminine” (i.e., intuitive, caring). What shifts that paradigm, though, is the understanding that those polarities can be completely divorced from our construct of gender and that we all contain myriad combinations of both. Deganit Nuur

Our culture has conditioned us to run from uncomfortable feelings. Staying busy instead of stopping to feel. By creating a super busy lifestyle of doing, doing, doing we lose connection to the healing properties of the feminine and her state of being.  Anna-Thea

Music is so much more than enjoyment for our ears. It affects our minds and souls to create a multi-sensory experience that goes far beyond listening. The power that different sounds can have on us is tremendous… a single song can immediately impact our mood. Andre Feriante

Music has long been a conduit to healing. Music as therapy has shown positive and beneficial effects in managing a host of medical conditions, like high blood pressure, as well as an effective treatment for some mental health conditions. Karina Margit Erdelyi

Emigration resulted in large populations of Irish decent in areas of North America such as Boston, New York, Chicago. The majority of those who emigrated from Ireland to America in the 18th Century settled in the Appalachian Mountains. They brought with them a rich tradition of song and dance tunes which merged with the music of other settlers including European, British and African to become Appalachian "old time" music.  American country music originated in Appalachian music and there were other links to bluegrass and rock n roll.

Music is a universal language capable of awakening emotions and unique sensations… The influence of music on our soul is so far ranging… Ever since different cultures started to form, there has always been a place for rhythmic sounds that can communicate our feelings. In every age and civilization this particular form of expression has existed, and in so many varied styles… Without realizing it, we often look to music to express feelings... In music we find a place where these emotions can overflow freely...
